Congratulations to all our 2022 Bachelor Graduates!
Let’s celebrate on Sunday, November 20, 2022, 1.45 pm (access possible from 1.30), UNIL Campus.
Program
Bachelor celebration, Sunday, November 20th, 2022
- 13:45 (possible access from 13:30): Welcome at Amphipôle
Access wristband pick-up by the graduates exclusively and upon presentation of the Eticket and a valid ID with picture - 14:00: Opening of the doors (Amphimax 350-351)
- 14:30-16:00: Graduation celebration
- 16:00: Reception drink
- 17:00: End of the event
Only the graduates with their personalized Eticket and valid ID can attend the event with their 2 guests. No exception will be made. Graduates who have not received their Eticket have not completed their registration in time and will not be admitted to the celebration.
Only two guests per graduate are allowed at the celebration and at the aperitif that will follow.
The diplomas will not be distributed at the celebration as they are now sent by post after each online degree ordering period. If you haven’t received it yet, please write to: bureaudesgrades@unil.ch.
Practical Information
Live-streaming Broadcast: Relatives and friends can follow the ceremony remotely via live streaming, on this website and on YouTube. No access to the Amphimax/Amphipole buildings at University of Lausanne will be allowed on the days of the ceremonies to any additional persons than the graduate and his/her 2 guests.
Dress code: Graduates will be able to choose the attire of their choice, knowing that a passage on stage is planned with live broadcasting on the channels of the faculty. The academic hat and pompom will be offered to the graduates as gifts by HEC Lausanne and the Association des Alumni HEC Lausanne. Gowns are no longer distributed.
Parking spaces are limited and subject to a fee. It is highly recommended to take public transportation.
