The Graduation HEC Lausanne Bachelor and Master 2026 will be held on

Saturday, 28 November 2026 at the SwissTech Convention Centre, Ecublens.

• The invitation with the registration link and more details about the schedule will be sent by email to all concerned graduates via emails in October 2026.
• Each graduate may invite up to three guests to attend the entire event (ceremony and closing reception). These guests must remain the same for the duration of the event. No exceptions will be made. The number of guests invited cannot be changed.
• The ceremony will be broadcast live on this page and on our YouTube channel.

No diplomas will be awarded during the event; they will be sent by post after each degree order period. For more information, please contact hecbachelor@unil.ch and hecmaster@unil.ch.

Dress code: elegant attire is recommended for all participants. Academic caps will be provided by HEC Lausanne. There is no cloakroom on site.

Access: Parking spaces are available and might be subject to a charge (list of parking lots here: https://www.stcc.ch/wp-content/uploads/2024/05/STCC_Parking_FR_Fev2024.pdf).
