Congratulations to all our 2026 Bachelor’s and Master’s graduates!
Official invitation:
- If you graduated during the winter session, information about the celebrations have been sent to your personal e-mail address.
- If you graduated during the summer or fall session, information about the celebrations have been sent to your Unil e-mail address firstname.lastname@unil.ch.
Registration will close on October 29, 2026. Graduates or guests not registered by this date will be considered absent from their celebrations.

The Graduations HEC Lausanne Bachelor and Master 2026 will both be held at the SwissTech Convention Center, Ecublens, on Saturday, November 28, 2026.
Bachelor
- Welcome from 9:00 a.m.to 11:00 a.m. : The official welcome for Bachelor’s degree graduates will take place as of 9:00 a.m. Participants are welcome to gather for coffee and light refreshments until 11:00 a.m. This time will be dedicated to sharing memories, chatting, and taking photos in a designated area.
- 10.30 a.m.: The auditorium doors will open.
- 11:00 a.m.: HEC Lausanne Bachelor’s Degree Ceremony 2026. The graduates will walk across the stage to the applause of their peers, family and friends.
- 12:30 p.m.: End of the event. All graduates and their guests will be requested to leave the premises.
Master
- Welcome from 2:00 p.m to 4:00 p.m. : The official welcome for Bachelor’s degree graduates will take place as of 2:00 p.m. Participants are welcome to gather for coffee and light refreshments until 4:00 p.m. This time will be dedicated to sharing memories, chatting, and taking photos in a designated area.
- 3.30 p.m.: The auditorium doors will open.
- 4:00 p.m.: HEC Lausanne Master’s Degree Ceremony 2026. The graduates will walk across the stage to the applause of their peers, family and friends.
- 6:00 p.m.: End of the event. All graduates and their guests will be requested to leave the premises.
For Award winners: please respect the schedule communicated by email by the Student Affairs Office.
F.A.Q
No diplomas will be awarded during the event; they will be sent by post after each degree order period. For more information, please contact hecbachelor@unil.ch and hecmaster@unil.ch.
Each graduate may invite three guests to the ceremony and to the coffee-light refreshments. These guests must remain the same throughout the event, as no one will be allowed to enter after the check-in time. Unused guest spots cannot be given to another graduate. The ceremony will be broadcast live on this page and on our HEC Lausanne YouTube channel
Considering that the performance will be filmed, smart attire is recommended for all participants.
HEC Lausanne will provide the academic hat, which is not mandatory. No need to book it in advance. No academic gown will be provided.
No cloakroom service will be available.
Parking spaces are available and might be subject to a charge (list of parking lots). Please consider using public transport to attend the event.
