The Graduation HEC Lausanne Bachelor and Master 2026 will be held on
Saturday, 28 November 2026 at the SwissTech Convention Centre, Ecublens.
The invitation, which includes the registration link and a detailed schedule, will be sent via email in October 2026 to those concerned.
Each graduate may invite up to 3 guests for the entire event. These guests must be registered by the registration deadline and remain the same for the duration of the event. No exceptions will be made. The number of invited guests cannot be changed.
The ceremony will be streamed live on this page and on our YouTube channel.

No diplomas will be awarded during the event; they will be sent by post after each degree order period. For more information, please contact hecbachelor@unil.ch and hecmaster@unil.ch.
Prize recipients are required to follow the schedule that will be communicated by email by the Student Affairs Office.
Elegant attire is recommended for all participants.
Academic caps will be provided by HEC Lausanne, and they are not mandatory. Graduation caps do not need to be reserved in advance and will be provided on the day of the ceremony. HEC Lausanne does not provide or rent graduation gowns, and graduates are therefore expected to attend in their own formal attire.
There is no cloakroom on site.
Parking spaces are available and might be subject to a charge (list of parking lots). Please consider using public transport to attend the event.
