Graduation Celebration HEC Lausanne 2025

We would like to inform you that the HEC Lausanne Master’s and Bachelor’s Graduation Ceremony 2025 will be held on Saturday 29 November 2025 at the SwissTech Convention Centre, Ecublens.

Registration is now closed. Individuals who have not registered and do not have an e-ticket will be considered absent and will not be allowed to attend the event.

BACHELOR

  • Graduates and their three guests are requested to arrive at 9:00 a.m.
  • Ceremony: 10:00 a.m.
  • Closing reception: 11:30 a.m.

MASTER

  • Graduates and their three guests are invited to arrive at 2:00 p.m.
  • Ceremony: 3:00 p.m.
  • Closing reception: 5:00 p.m.

For award winners: please note the times communicated by email by the Student Affairs Department.

Access: Parking spaces are available and might be subject to a charge (list of parking lots here: https://www.stcc.ch/wp-content/uploads/2024/05/STCC_Parking_FR_Fev2024.pdf). Dress code: elegant attire is recommended for all participants. Academic caps will be provided by HEC Lausanne. There is no cloakroom on site.

Each graduate may invite up to three guests to attend the entire event (ceremony and closing reception). These guests must remain the same for the duration of the event. No exceptions will be made. The number of guests invited cannot be changed. The ceremony will be broadcast live on this page and on our YouTube channel.
