The EFP 2024 Meeting organizing committee, together with the European Federation of Primatology, has made funding available to assist students and ECRs with travel grants.
We encourage you to submit a request for support, especially if you are not supported or are only partially supported by your home institution or PI to travel to the conference. Travel grant applications will close on the 15th of March.
Please send your application to EFP2024@unil.ch and state “Travel Grant” and YOUR NAME in the subject line. Please provide a description of the costs for which you intend to use the travel grant (e.g., air or rail ticket fees), and provide an estimate for accommodation costs. Priority will be given to fund travel costs to attend the conference. We also request that you send a pdf confirmation from your PI stating that you do not have access to institution funds to fully cover your conference travel.
We expect to fund applicants up to around 300 CHF/EUR of their costs, although the final allocation will depend on the number of funded applicants and the decisions of the committee. During allocation, priority will be given to individuals presenting at the conference (in any format, talk or poster).
