The call for abstracts is now closed.
The deadline for submissions is January 17th, 2024.
Abstracts should be a maximum of 300 words and should be written in English.
We welcome abstracts presenting work which is still in progress. If your project is not yet complete, please outline your hypotheses and methods in your abstract and indicate whether data collection or analysis is still ongoing.
When submitting, please use the drop-down menu to indicate whether your abstract should be considered for a poster, a lightning talk, or a talk (see details on these formats below). Note that if your abstract is not accepted for the format you have chosen, you may be offered an alternative format. If you have been invited to participate in a symposium, select symposium talk from the drop-down menu.
You will also be asked to select a broad topic area that your abstract falls into, to facilitate abstract review. Please select whichever category you feel is most closely aligned to your research.
Poster
Share your research during a poster session on the 6th of June.
Lightning Talk
5 minute talks delivered in main sessions with the entire conference as the audience.
Talk
