The aim was to develop a research action project on the theme of the Hot spots and Health in Chavannes-près-Renens, a municipality close to the University of Lausanne. Conceptualization, observation, fieldwork, data analyses with GIS, and systemic simulations led to the support of a stakeholders workshop and policies’ proposals restituted at the end of the week to the population.
