Hello, I am

Yirui ZHANG

I am an incoming PhD student at the Applied Artificial Intelligence Lab, working with Prof. Yash Raj Shrestha. My research interests lie in human-AI collaboration, trustworthy AI, and decision support systems, particularly in high-stakes organizational and societal contexts. Before joining AAIL, I studied Computer Science at ETH Zurich, with a focus on data systems and artificial intelligence.

Outside of research, I enjoy swimming, nature, mountains, lakes, and exploring quiet places with beautiful scenery.
