Hi! 

I’m Vânia, currently pursuing a Master’s in Management with specialisation in Strategy, Organisation and Leadership at HEC Lausanne. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management at GSEM. 

My interest in AI stems from a curiosity about how it can be used effectively and responsibly, as a tool that shapes the ways organisations make decisions. I am excited to explore these questions further through my involvement with the AAIL Lab.

Outside of studies, I enjoy getting involved with projects beyond the classroom. Most recently, I had the opportunity to become a member of the YOP on Just Transition Futures, an experience that deepened my belief in the importance of collective, forward-looking action. Otherwise, you’ll find me gaming or spending time with friends!
