Hi! I’m Hamza, Master’s student in Finance & Data Science at HEC Lausanne. My research focuses on modelling industrial supply chains as directed graphs of interdependent digital twins, conceptually similar to a smart grid architecture.

Instead of analysing logistics, sourcing, and production processes in isolation, I model the entire supply chain as an integrated & dynamic network. The goal is to capture how disruptions propagate across interconnected nodes and how local shocks can escalate into systemic failures. Using AI-based modelling and simulation, my work aims to shift industrial supply chain management from fragmented optimisation to network-level intelligence, allowing predictive resilience and a deeper understanding of cascading dynamics in complex industrial systems.
