Hi! I am a PhD candidate in the Department of Computer, Control, and Management Engineering “Antonio Ruberti” at Sapienza University of Rome, working with Prof. Fabio Nonino. I will be joining the University of Lausanne as a visiting scholar under the supervision of Prof. Yash Raj Shrestha, collaborating with the Applied Artificial Intelligence Lab. 

My research investigates organizational change driven by digital innovation, with a specific focus on Generative Artificial Intelligence. I aim to understand how organizations can effectively integrate AI-based systems, providing a deeper understanding of how this technology shapes core organizational attributes and how these, in turn, affect the organization’s constituent units and members.

Beyond academics, I find joy in cooking, playing basketball, and traveling around the world.
