Hello, I am

Giacomo RATTAZZI

Graduated in 2024 with thesis titled:

Analyzing the Political Bias of Large Language Models on Climate Change Discourse

Academic Thesis

Hi! My name is Giacomo Rattazzi.

Having earned my Bachelor of Science in Economics at HEC Lausanne, I am now focusing on my master’s thesis in Information Systems. My research delves into the biases of Large Language Models regarding climate change topics.

From a young age, my fascination with technology has been a constant companion. I started by assembling PCs, a hobby that sparked my interest in the world of coding and machine learning. Besides the realm of technology, I enjoy outdoor sports like padel and skiing, and I am keen on strategy games, like poker and chess. I have also always had a deep-seated interest in movies, which extends into a broader passion for stories and History. I am captivated by any medium that can convey these narratives, as they offer a glimpse into human culture and experiences. In a way this passion intertwines with my interest in AI, as Large Language Models, through their training data, are a mirror reflecting human civilization.
