Hey, my name is Gaetan Stein.

After completing a Bachelor’s degree in Management at HEC Lausanne, I chose to pursue a Master’s in Information Systems. I’m particularly interested in the rise of generative AI in everyday life and its growing role in various industries. This led me to focus my master thesis on AI Augmented Decision Making, which explores how humans and AI can work together to improve decision making.

I’m excited by the rapid evolution of new technologies and the opportunities they create. I’m especially curious about how AI tools can help professionals make smarter and faster decisions.

Outside of academics, I’m passionate about sports and love performing magic tricks for friends. Just like AI, magic often surprises people, even if we don’t always know how it works.
