Dear students,

We inform you that the Graduation Celebration HEC Lausanne Master and Bachelor 2025 will take place on Saturday, November 29, 2025, at the SwissTech Convention Center, Ecublens.

Further information about the schedule and registration process will follow by email to all concerned graduates, as well as published on this website. 

Each graduate will be able to invite 3 guests to the celebration. The ceremony will be live-streamed online for those who cannot attend in person.

No diplomas will be distributed at this event. Please note that the diplomas are sent by post after each online degree ordering period, allowing the graduates to receive them before the celebration.

Graduates from all 2025 exam sessions (WINTER 2025, SUMMER 2025, and FALL 2025 who graduate before September 6) will be invited to their 2025 Graduation Celebration on November 29, 2025. More information on the 2024-2025 HEC Lausanne faculty calendars can be found here:

The program and timetable may be subject to change, in that case the concerned persons will be informed.

Master celebration, Saturday, November 19th, 2022

• 15:45: Welcome  & Wristband pick-up upon presentation of an ID (Amphipôle)
• 16:00: Opening of the doors (Amphimax 350-351)
• 16:30-18:00: Graduation celebration
• 18:00: Reception drink
• 19:00: End of the event

Bachelor celebration, Sunday, November 20th, 2022

• 13:45: Welcome  & Wristband pick-up upon presentation of an ID (Amphipôle)
• 14:00: Opening of the doors (Amphimax 350-351)
• 14:30-16:00: Graduation celebration
• 16:00: Reception drink
• 17:00: End of the event
