HEC Lausanne Graduation Ceremonies

Dear Graduates,

Welcome to the graduation ceremonies website, where you will find all the information you need to get ready for this wonderful event!

Bachelor graduation ceremony: Wednesday, December 12, 2018
Master graduation ceremony: Thursday, December 13, 2018
Amphimax (Auditorium Erna Hamburger 350-351)
5:30 pm doors open, 6:30 pm graduation ceremony begins, from 20.30 cocktail.

Graduates should arrive between 5:30 pm and 6:00 pm, at the latest,
to prepare to process into the auditorium.

Invitations and further information will be·are sent per mail to all concerned
graduates. Only the graduates who registered (by October 31, 2018) can attend the ceremony with their guests. Each graduate may invite 2 people to the ceremony as well as the cocktail.

The graduation ceremony will be broadcast live on the homepage of this website for people not in attendance.

Please read the information below carefully, and check the Q&A if you have any questions:

• 5:30 pm: Welcome and doors open in Auditorium Erna Hamburger (Amphimax). Guests will be able to enter the auditorium starting at 5:30 pm.
• 5:30 pm-6:00 pm: Meeting point for all graduates in Anthropos Café (Amphipôle) no later than 6:00 pm to receive the academic attire, loaned for the occasion by HEC Lausanne and prepare for the group procession into the auditorium scheduled for 6:30 pm.
• 6:30 pm: Graduate procession with music
• 6:30 pm – about 8:30 pm: Graduation ceremony
• From 8:30 pm: Cocktail Reception
• 9:30 pm: End of the event

All registered graduates receive an email in November, which invites them to download the e-ticket that gives right to 2 entries. In order to attend the graduation ceremony and the cocktail reception, the guests imperatively have to show the e-ticket at their arrival. Valid for 2 people and issued in the name of the graduate, this e-ticket is non-transferable.
