Congratulations to all our Bachelor’s and Master’s graduates of 2025!

We would like to inform you that the HEC Lausanne Master’s and Bachelor’s Graduation Ceremony 2025 will be held on Saturday 29 November 2025 at the SwissTech Convention Centre, Ecublens.

BACHELOR

• Graduates and their three guests are requested to arrive at 9:00 a.m.
• Ceremony: 10:00 a.m.
• Closing reception: 11:30 a.m.

MASTER

• Graduates and their three guests are invited to arrive at 2:00 p.m.
• Ceremony: 3:00 p.m.
• Closing reception: 5:00 p.m.

For award winners: please note the times communicated by email by the Student Affairs Department.

Dress code: elegant attire is recommended for all participants. Academic caps will be provided by HEC Lausanne. There is no cloakroom on site.

Each graduate may invite three people to attend the entire event (ceremony and closing reception). These guests must remain the same for the duration of the event. The ceremony will be broadcast live on this page and on our YouTube channel.
