Heena Heena is a historian and a British Academy Newton International post-doctoral Fellow in the School of History, Classics, and Archaeology at the University of Edinburgh. Her research focuses on various aspects of social, religious, labor, gender, and anti-colonial resistance histories in early modern and modern South Asia, with an emphasis on the history of female workers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
