Her dissertation attempts to recover the voices of eighteenth-century&nbsp;women from Rajasthan who were writing about Radh\u0101-Krishna devotion.&nbsp;She is interested in analyzing how gender, caste, and economic histories intersect in the context of devotional literature. Beyond this, she also engages with modern Hindi Dalit Literature and its intersection with Dalit feminism.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yadav is one of the co-authors of&nbsp;\u2018\u201c<em>ek admi tha, usne shadi karli\u2026<\/em>\u201d (There Was a Man, Who Got Married\u2026): Female Agency and Domestication in&nbsp;<em>Omkara&nbsp;<\/em>(2006)\u201d in&nbsp;<em>&lsquo;Bad\u2019 Women of Bombay Films: Studies in Desire and Anxiety<\/em>&nbsp;(Palgrave Macmillan, 2019). She holds MA degrees from the University of Washington in Asian Languages and Literature (2023) and Ambedkar University Delhi in Literary Art &amp; Creative Writing (2019).
