However, misalignment is an element that can lead to project failure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Following Clark&rsquo;s theory, researchers including S.Missonier from the visual collaborative lab were able to identify 4 key elements to good&nbsp;&nbsp;collaboration:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Joint objectives<\/li><li>Joint commitments<\/li><li>Joint resources<\/li><li>Joint risks<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Based on these findings, they founded the Team Alignment Map, a visual tool that helps teams structure conversation and make sure they are all aligned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Using the map allows to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Ensure on the team&rsquo;s shared understanding<\/li><li>Acts as a social contract between the member<\/li><li>Make meetings more productive and more active<\/li><li>Follow-up projects and keep a trace<\/li><li>Make everything about the project explicit<\/li><\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Group meeting has been a bigger part of the work in organizations.
