Annamaria Di Fabio is full professor of Work and Organizational Psychology and director of two International Laboratories for Research and Intervention at the University of Florence, Italy: Cross-Cultural Positive Psychology, Prevention, and Sustainability (CroCPosPsychP&S); Psychology for Vocational Guidance, Career Counseling and Talents (LabOProCCareer&T). The members of Laboratories are many International Research Associates. During the recent world Congress in Montreal, she was elected in the Board of Directors (BoD) of the International Association of Applied Psychology (IAAP) and she also received the task of coordinating for IAAP the Special project “Promoting Decent Work for All”.
