Le Centre de recherche et d’intervention sur l’éducation et la vie au travail (CRIEVAT) :

CRIEVAT is the only body in Quebec, and one of the few bodies in Canada, to bring together all relevant scientific expertise to build theoretical and practical knowledge that aims globally to:
Analyze and understand the new challenges that people, communities and organizations face with respect to preparation, integration and socio-professional integration (Axis 1 and 2);
Evaluate, adapt, create and deploy research and intervention tools related to this new knowledge (Axis 3);
Develop a critical reflection on the real scope of professional interventions and scientific knowledge adopted in collectives, organizations and social institutions, including the education system and the production system, from a social justice perspective (Axis 4).

Thus, CRIEVAT’s scientific programming is structured around four priority research axis. This original structure of CRIEVAT’s scientific programming guarantees a fruitful interaction between theoretical knowledge and practical knowledge, which is essential for solving complex social problems and setting up innovative interventions.
