Joanna Kozielska – doctor of humanities specialising in pedagogy. A member of the Social Counseling Department at the Faculty of Educational Studies of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan (Poland). Scientific interests: theory and practice of counseling, with particular emphasis on economic emigration, transnational biographical counseling, non-directive forms of development support, vocational education. Joanna Nawoj-Poloczanska
Joanna Nawoj-Poloczanska, graduate of 3rd level studies, Faculty of Humanities University of Szczecin, PhD, discipline – pedagogics, June 2011. Since October 2011, assistant professor at the Department of General Pedagogy at the University of Szczecin and lecturer at the Adam Mickiewicz University. A licensed advisor with many years of experience in public employment services (Eures advisor). A member of the Youth Pedagogy Team at the Pedagogical Sciences Committee of the Polish Academy of Sciences.
In his research he focuses on economic and institutional entanglements of career counseling and career as well as narrative biographical constructions. Magdalena Piorunek, prof. dr hab
Magdalena Piorunek is a humanities professor specialising in pedagogy and the Head of the Department of Social Counselling at the Faculty of Educational Studies, the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan. Her academic interests focus on the guidance theory and practice, and particularly on vocational career courses (vocational biographies) from a life-span perspective and career guidance, but also include social pedagogy, occupational pedagogy and the theory of upbringing. Magdalena Piorunek has authored numerous research projects and over a hundred publications in the above fields, of which the following monographs play a major role: Dziecko w relacjach ze swiatem zawodowym (A Child in Its Relations with the Vocational World) (1996), Projektowanie przyszlosci edukacyjno-zawodowej w okresie adolescencji (Planning of the Educational and Vocational Future in Adolescence) (2004), Bieg zycia zawodowego czlowieka. Kontekst transformacji kulturowych (The Course of A Human Vocational Life. The Context of Cultural Transformations) (2009) and was the editor of the following collective papers Mlodziezy w swiecie wspólczesnym. Magdalena Piorunek is in charge of the master’s degree studies in the Faculty of Pedagogy, specialising in the psychopedagogic guidance and support as well and crisis prevention and intervention; she is also responsible for the master’s degree courses in the psychopedagogic support and educational coaching.

Agnieszka Skowronska-Puka – doctor of social sciences
Agnieszka Skowronska-Puka – doctor of social sciences in the field of pedagogy. A member of the Social Counseling Department at the Faculty of Educational Studies of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan. Her academic interests focus on the guidance theory and practice with particular emphasis on subjects in the field of foster care and support of disadvantaged groups in the lifetime perspective as well as issues of family pedagogy and social pedagogy.
The researcher focused on studying careers and difficulties in planning a career by a teenage mother. Author of many publications, among which the most important is a monograph: Przedwczesne macierzynstwo . Perspektywa biograficzna (Premature maternity – a biographical perspective. Diagnosis – help and support) (2016) and editing of collective works. Rodzina. Mlodizez Dziecko. Szkice z teorii i praktyki pomocy psychopedagogicznej i socjalnej (Family. Youth. Child.
