Aucune discrimination n\u2019est tol\u00e9r\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019UNIL.<br><br>Plusieurs mesures et actions visent \u00e0 favoriser la diversit\u00e9 et \u00e0 assurer une meilleure inclusion des personnes LGBTIQ \u00e0 l\u2019UNIL :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-vertical is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-fe9cc265 wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.unil.ch\/unil\/fr\/home\/menuinst\/campus\/aides-et-soutiens\/aide-unil.html\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.unil.ch\/unil\/fr\/home\/menuinst\/campus\/aides-et-soutiens\/aide-unil.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Dispositif Aide-UNIL<\/a>&nbsp;:&nbsp; Soutien individuel en cas de conflits, de harc\u00e8lement ou de discrimination.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.unil.ch\/unil\/fr\/home\/menuinst\/universite\/egalite-diversite-inclusion\/lgbtiq\/transidentite.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Reconnaissance de l\u2019identit\u00e9 de genre<\/a>&nbsp;:&nbsp; Les personnes trans et non-binaires ont la possibilit\u00e9 de demander l\u2019utilisation d\u2019un pr\u00e9nom d\u2019usage.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.unil.ch\/news\/1685456755667\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.unil.ch\/news\/1685456755667\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Toilettes inclusives<\/a>&nbsp;: l\u2019UNIL dispose de toilettes inclusives depuis 2022. Tout en continuant les efforts de promotion de l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 entre femmes et hommes, il int\u00e8gre de nouveaux axes d\u2019intervention. Il met en avant des mesures visant \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer l\u2019accueil, la visibilit\u00e9, l\u2019inclusion, ainsi que les conditions d\u2019\u00e9tudes et de travail de toutes et tous, ind\u00e9pendamment du sexe, de l\u2019identit\u00e9 de genre, de l\u2019orientation sexuelle, des origines sociales ou ethniques, de la culture ou du fait de vivre ou non en situation de handicap.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Plan d\u2019intentions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le <a href=\"https:\/\/unil2026.ch\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/unil2026.ch\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Plan d&rsquo;intentions 2021-2026<\/a> fixe les orientations strat\u00e9giques de la Direction de l\u2019UNIL pour la dur\u00e9e de son mandat.
