Leysin Resort<\/span><\/h3>\n

Leysin village is found in the Lake Geneva Alps region. Ski slopes, Tobogganing Park, indoor and outdoor sports, as well as international schools are featured in this resort. Located 20 minutes from the motorway and the European train network, Leysin is easily accessible all year round by either road or rail. With two international airports, one in Geneva and the other in Zurich, Switzerland is a country than can be easily reached from anywhere in the world. Each airport has a road and rail link to Leysin.<\/p>\n

By car to Leysin<\/span><\/h2>\n

By road, Leysin is easily reached using the major Swiss highways – in particular the A9 motorway \u2013 if you are coming from Geneva, Basel or even Zurich. Taking the Aigle motorway exit, the well maintained Col des Mosses road is open all year round and gets you from Aigle to the Leysin ski resort in 30 minutes.<\/p>\n

– Via the A9 motorway, take exit 17 for Aigle. Follow the signs towards the center of Aigle, then towards Leysin.<\/p>\n

Note :<\/strong> We recommend having snow tires to get to Leysin and you may also need snow chains, . It is recommended that you check the weather conditions with the hotel or the Leysin tourism office before your departure. You also have the possibility to park your car at Aigle train station and take the TPC\u00a0train to Leysin. Leysin Snow Report<\/a><\/p>\n

By train to Leysin<\/span><\/h2>\n

By rail, Leysin and its 4 stations are reached by a cog train which departs from Aigle train station. Located on the transalpine railway, Aigle train station is served regularly by the national and international rail network. In winter, the TGV (Lyria) stops at Aigle on its way from Paris.<\/p>\n

– Take the\u00a0CFF\/SBB train to Aigle train station, change train at Aigle to the TPC train direction Leysin and get off at Versmont. The Alpine Hotel is located at about a 6 minutes walk from the Versmont train station. See Itinerary<\/a><\/p>\n
