The conference will take place across three locations:
- CHUV AGORA – Rue du Bugnon 25A, 1005 Lausanne
- UNIL DORIGNY – Bâtiment Amphimax, Rte de la Sorge 9, 1015 Lausanne
- Musée olympique – Quai d’Ouchy 1, 1006 Lausanne
The public conference will take place on the UNIL-Dorigny site on Tuesday, October 7, 2025.
All scientific sessions will take place on the CHUV-Agora site from Wednesday October 8 to Friday October 10, 2025.
The gala dinner will be held at the Olympic Museum on Friday, October 10, 2025, starting at 6pm.
