He obtained is Ph.D. in 2007 at the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.inserm.fr\">INSERM health institute<\/a>, in integrative biology and biomedicine (hepatocellular carcinoma). He worked at the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnrs.fr\/\">CNRS research institute<\/a> (2007-2008) to develop a multi-pattern-matching approach to automatically classify proteins into families (amylo\u00efds and MIPs, neurodegeneratives diseases). Then, he worked at the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uni.lu\">University of Luxembourg<\/a> (2008-2012) to develop a meta-regulation networks analysis approach (<a href=\"https:\/\/mironton.uni.lu\">MIR@NT@N<\/a>) and studying dynamics of gene regulatory networks (<a href=\"https:\/\/maia.uni.lu\/XPred\">XPred<\/a>), mainly in cell plasticity and cancer.
