Merscope News!

MERSCOPE has recently reduced the size of its reagent packages, making the platform more accessible and flexible for researchers. These smaller formats lower the entry barrier and make pilot studies or smaller projects easier to run.

In addition, new 815 gene panels are now available, including Mouse PanNeuro, Pan Mouse, Human Brain, Human Immuno Oncology, and Human Breast Cancer options, offered in both small and large run formats

MERSCOPE now provides full support for both mouse and human tissues beyond brain applications, expanding its use across many research areas. A key advantage of MERFISH technology is its flexibility, allowing spatial transcriptomics studies not only in standard models but also in non canonical species such as plants, zebrafish, and axolotl.

Please let us know if you would like to discuss potential projects or explore the platform.

Enhancing Our Cell Sorting Capabilities: Introducing the MACSQuant® Tyto

We are thrilled to introduce the MACSQuant® Tyto, an innovative cell sorter that redefines safety, precision, and cell viability. Unlike traditional sorters, the Tyto features a closed, sterile cartridge system, eliminating contamination risks while enabling high-purity, gentle sorting. This next-generation technology enhances our ability to work with delicate and sensitive cell populations, supporting research at BSL-1, BSL-2, and BSL-3 levels.

With this cutting-edge addition, we are expanding our capabilities to provide more reliable and efficient cell sorting solutions.
