The Stem Cell & Organoid Facility (SCOF) at the FBM is at the forefront of advancing biomedical research in stem cells and organoids. With cutting-edge equipment at its disposal, the facility offers a comprehensive range of services and specialized training to drive groundbreaking discoveries. Researchers have access to state-of-the-art tools such as cell-picking microscopes, electroporators, spatial single-cell transcriptomics, and advanced imaging analysis.
Our services include characterization and quality control of induced pluripotent stem cells, guidance in organoid culture and development, and the provision of custom-made organoids tailored to specific research needs. The development of organoids is a rapidly evolving field, and the SCOF staff is dedicated to assisting users with the establishment of new protocols and the use of innovative materials to optimize the development of 2D and 3D cellular models.
