Plus largement, nous nous int\u00e9ressons \u00e0 la r\u00e9ponse immunit\u00e9 inn\u00e9e, l&rsquo;\u00e9volution du syst\u00e8me immunitaire, l&rsquo;hom\u00e9ostasie intestinal et le r\u00f4le de la flore, les bact\u00e9ries entomopathog\u00e8nes et les m\u00e9canismes de contr\u00f4le des insectes<\/p>\n<h4>Comp\u00e9tences \u00e9largies<\/h4>\n<p>&#8211; Immunologie<br \/>\n&#8211; Symbiose, commensalism<br \/>\n&#8211; L&rsquo;homeostasie intestinale et le r\u00f4le de la flore<br \/>\n&#8211; les interactions h\u00f4te\/pathog\u00e8nes en particulier chez les insectes<\/p>\n<h4>Th\u00e8mes de recherche sp\u00e9cifique<\/h4>\n<p>Utilisation d&rsquo;approche g\u00e9n\u00e9tique et g\u00e9nomique pour analyser les m\u00e9canismes de d\u00e9fense de la drosophile en r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 des infections par des bact\u00e9ries et champigons.
