Thèmes de recherche spécifique
Biomedical image processing: registration and segmentation techniques. Statistical classification, Markov Random Fields, Image volume registration, Probabilistic and Anatomical Atlases, Active contour framework, validation schemes. These techniques are applied to: Magnetic Resonance imaging, ultrasound, computed tomography and satellite imaging.
