“qPCR Analysis Tool” is an Excel workbook designed to analyse your qPCR data in a faster and user-friendly way. This workbook carries-out all steps of an analysis including raw data reorganization, calculation of relative quantities for all genes and samples, simple statistical analyses, and the creation of graphs.

“qPCR Analysis Tool” works with raw data exported from a Stratagene MX3000® qPCR machine from Agilent but can easily be adapted to data from other instruments.
