To transmit core skills, promote a common research culture, and facilitate young scholars\u2019 integration into a wider international research network, all doctoral students funded by the project participate in the project\u2019s own international training program. They are enrolled as doctoral students at the University of Lausanne, and are jointly supervised by a Swiss researcher and a researcher based at their respective research site.
