Par un processus de d\u00e9lib\u00e9ration collective, il d\u00e9finit le cadre conceptuel commun de la recherche, le contenu de la formation doctorale, le champ d&rsquo;application de la formation ou des missions d&rsquo;experts pour les membres du <strong>conseil consultatif<\/strong>.
