It complements the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.unil.ch\/unil\/en\/home\/termes\/conditions\/informations-legales.html\">legal information of the University of Lausanne<\/a>, which hosts this site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Who is responsible<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Persuasive Technology Lab, Faculty of Business and Economics (HEC Lausanne), University of Lausanne, Internef, CH-1015 Lausanne, Switzerland. Contact: Prof. Mauro Cherubini, <a href=\"mailto:Mauro.Cherubini@unil.ch\">Mauro.Cherubini@unil.ch<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Visiting the site<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The site runs on the University of Lausanne&#8217;s central WordPress service. Like any web server, it records technical data (such as IP address, date and time, and the page requested) to deliver pages and keep the service secure. The lab does not use analytics, advertising or social-media tracking on this site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Two scripts are loaded by the university&#8217;s central configuration on every page: the cookie notice library (served by Cloudflare&#8217;s cdnjs) and Google reCAPTCHA (Google LLC), an anti-spam service. When these load, your browser sends your IP address and technical data to these providers, which may process it outside Switzerland, including in the United States. See <a href=\"https:\/\/policies.google.com\/privacy\">Google&#8217;s privacy policy<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Contact form<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you use the <a href=\"https:\/\/wp.unil.ch\/persuasivelab\/contact\/\">contact form<\/a>, we receive your name, e-mail address, subject and message, and we use them only to answer you. Your IP address is not stored. Messages are kept for at most 12 months and then deleted. The form uses a hidden spam trap and does not send your message to Google.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Newsletters<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you subscribed to one of our mailing lists, we keep your e-mail address and name to send you those e-mails. Every e-mail contains a link to unsubscribe, and you can also ask us to remove you at any time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Your rights<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its processing.
