This semester, we are hosting a series focused on race and racism to awareness in students (and ourselves) around the issue of race, racism, racist language, casual racism, white privilege and the complexities of speaking about these issues. The language of racial identity is highly charged and poses difficulties for native speakers and even more so for non-native speakers, both inside and outside the classroom. Three guest speakers and three staff members will address these topical issues in a series of presentations and conversations. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each talk will be followed by an ap\u00e9ro!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please note that a valid Covid certificate is required to attend these events.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
