For proteomics quantitative experiments, you receive a table <\/strong>with a list of proteins (or modification sites in case of PTM\u2019s) and columns with associated quantitative values<\/strong>. Some statistical <\/strong>tests to compare conditions are performed and a basic pathway enrichment<\/strong> analysis is included.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
