The public bus n\u00b024<\/strong> connect the UNIL Campus to the Lausanne-Ouchy dock<\/mark> on a regular schedule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To reach the Lausanne-Ouchy dock<\/mark> from the UNIL Campus take the bus n\u00b0 24<\/strong> direction ‘Lausanne, Tour Haldimand-Lac’ at the stop ‘<\/mark>Lausanne, sports UNIL-EPFL<\/a>‘<\/mark><\/strong> which is found at 4 minutes walking distance from the Synathlon Building. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The bus ride takes approximately 10-15 minutes depending on traffic.
Stop at ‘Lausanne Ouchy-Olympique<\/a>‘<\/mark><\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Lausanne-Ouchy dock<\/mark> is at 3 minutes walking from the bus stop ‘Lausanne Ouchy-Olympique’ (see map here above). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The excursion and GALA dinner is part of the event and a good occasion to have informal discussions in a spectacular location.
We encourage all participants to attend<\/mark>.
In case you will not be able to attend the boat excursion and\/or the GALA dinner please inform us at the moment of registration<\/strong> (option available in the registration form).

Participants attending the GALA dinner only are responsible for arranging their own transportation to Ch\u00e2teau de Chillon<\/mark>.
Connections available from Lausanne train station are:
*<\/strong> Train to Villenueve VD – then BUS B201 direction ‘Vevey Funiculaire’, stop at ‘Veytaux, ch\u00e2teau de Chillon’<\/strong>
*<\/strong> Train to Montreux – then BUS B201 direction ‘Rennaz Village’, stop at ‘Veytaux, ch\u00e2teau de Chillon’<\/strong>

ACCOMPANYING GUESTS<\/strong>
Subject to availability, a limited number of accompanying guests may join the excursion and the GALA dinner.
If you are interested, please contact padiba2026@unil.ch<\/a> after June 30<\/strong>, when the number of available places will be confirmed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The fee for accompanying guests to participate in the boat excursion and GALA dinner plus bus transportation back to Lausanne is of 150 CHF per person<\/strong>.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n
