Registrations made before the 15.05.2026, will benefit of an EARLY BIRD PRICE.

Registration procedure

Registrations will open on April 1st, 2026.

To register to the conference, please follow this link:

You will be redirected to the registration interface where you can enter your data and preferences and apply for registration.
The conference welcomes both attendees and presenters (oral/poster).

PAYMENT
* Payment has to be done in Swiss Francs (CHF)
* Payment done by bank transfert must be done no later than June 30, 2026.
* After payment, you will be able to download a payment receipt from your personal page.

CANCELATION POLICY
Upon registration, you engage yourself to pay the registration fees. Cancellations are not refundable.
In case you cannot attend the event, please notify immediately the organizers at padiba2026@unil.ch.

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
If you select the option ‘Talk only’,‘Talk and Poster’or ‘Flash Talk and Poster’ when registering, you need to submit your abstract by June 15, 2026. Only abstracts submitted by this deadline will be reviewed for selection.

If you selected the option ‘Poster only’ when registering and you wish your abstract to be included in the abstracts booklet, please submit your abstract by July 15, 2026.
