Abstract submission

All Poster submissions are accepted.
* Poster format: AO (84 x 118 cm)

Places for ‘Talk only‘, ‘Talk and Poster‘ and ‘Flash Talk and Poster‘ are limited. For these categories, the organizing committee will review the abstracts, select a number of them, and inform the chosen applicants accordingly. When applying for a ‘Talk only’, ‘Talk and Poster’ or ‘Flash Talk and Poster’ you need to mention the session (see Program) in which you would like to present.
* Flash Talk format: 5 minutes
* Talk format: 15 minutes

DEADLINES

Abstracts for ‘Talk only‘, ‘Talk and Poster‘ and ‘Flash Talk and Poster‘ have to be submitted through the conference interface by June 15, 2026.
Only abstracts submitted by this deadline will be reviewed by the committee for selection.

Abstracts for ‘Poster only‘ have to be submitted by July 15, 2026 if you wish them to be included in the Abstracts Booklet.

ABSTRACT REQUIREMENTS

To sumbit your abstract, please connect to your personal page and follow these guidelines:

• Enter the title in the corresponding field
• In the main field (*abstract content) please enter:
  a) the number and name of your preferred session (see Program)
  b) your choice : Talk only / Talk and Poster / Flash Talk and Poster / Poster only
  c) your abstract, in English, maximum 250 words
• List the authors in the the bottom section (one line per author)
