{"id":1415,"date":"2023-10-10T14:33:53","date_gmt":"2023-10-10T12:33:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wp.unil.ch\/outofthebox\/?p=1415"},"modified":"2023-10-10T14:41:21","modified_gmt":"2023-10-10T12:41:21","slug":"la-campagne-out-of-the-box-va-demarrer","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/wp.unil.ch\/outofthebox\/la-campagne-out-of-the-box-va-demarrer\/","title":{"rendered":"La campagne OUT OF THE BOX va d\u00e9marrer !"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div class=\"wp-block-group alignwide\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p><strong>\u00c0 l&rsquo;occasion du 11 octobre 2023, Journ\u00e9e internationale des coming out, le Dicast\u00e8re \u00ab\u00c9galit\u00e9, Diversit\u00e9 et Carri\u00e8res \u00bb donnera le coup d\u2019envoi de la campagne de sensibilisation aux th\u00e9matiques LGBTIQ de l\u2019UNIL, nomm\u00e9e OUT OF THE BOX.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 l\u2019UNIL, il y a plus de personnes se d\u00e9finissant comme non-binaires que de femmes professeures. \u00c0 l\u2019UNIL toujours, nos coll\u00e8gues et \u00e9tudiant\u00b7e\u00b7x\u00b7s LGBTIQ se posent encore la question de parler de leur orientation affective et sexuelle ou de leur identit\u00e9 de genre par peur de subir des discriminations et de voir leur carri\u00e8re et\/ou leur cursus impact\u00e9s n\u00e9gativement. \u00c7a vous \u00e9tonne&nbsp;? OUT OF THE BOX est l\u00e0 pour vous en apprendre davantage en bousculant les st\u00e9r\u00e9otypes\u2026 et pour favoriser le dialogue.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Soucieuse de promouvoir un environnement de travail bienveillant et respectueux o\u00f9 chaque personne puisse s\u2019\u00e9panouir avec ses sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9s et d\u00e9velopper ses comp\u00e9tences en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9, la Direction de l\u2019UNIL a donn\u00e9 le feu vert \u00e0 cette exp\u00e9rience interactive et participative. Compos\u00e9e d\u2019un placard&nbsp;itin\u00e9rant permettant la collecte de r\u00e9cits autour des th\u00e9matiques LGBTIQ, de panneaux de sensibilisation, d\u2019une mini-biblioth\u00e8que et d\u2019un espace d\u2019\u00e9changes, OUT OF THE BOX sera d\u00e9ploy\u00e9e dans plusieurs b\u00e2timents des campus de l\u2019UNIL entre le 11 octobre 2023 et le printemps 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le lancement du 11 octobre sera accompagn\u00e9 d\u2019un symposium intitul\u00e9 \u00ab Invisibilisation et visibilit\u00e9 des personnes LGBTIQ \u00bb.
