Congrats for finishing a MSc thesis!
With an aim to disentangle seasonal and geochemical factors shaping the development of microbial communities after glacier retreat, MSc student Frédéric Lardet sampled once monthly the forefield sediments of the Bricola glacier and measured DNA, environmental factors, and geomorphology of the terrain. He successfully defended his MSc thesis in June.
