See LICENSE file for details.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/sebastientourbier\/mialsuperresolutiontoolkit\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Medical Image Analysis Laboratory Super-Resolution ToolKit (MIALSRTK) <\/a><i class=\"fa fa-external-link\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i>consists of a set of C++ image processing tools necessary to perform motion-robust super-resolution fetal MRI reconstruction. This toolkit, supported by the Swiss National Science Foundation (grant SNSF-141283), includes all algorithms and methods for brain extraction [1], intensity standardization [1,2], motion estimation and super-resolution [2].<\/p>\n<p>A Docker image is provided to facilitate the deployment and freely available @\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/store.docker.com\/community\/images\/sebastientourbier\/mialsuperresolutiontoolkit\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Docker<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The MIALSRTK can be downloaded <a href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/sebastientourbier\/mialsuperresolutiontoolkit\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">@Github<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Please acknowledge this software in any work reporting results using MIALSRTK by citing the following articles:<\/p>\n[1] S.
