Confirmed panellists:\u00a0<em>Guardian<\/em>\u00a0columnist Polly Toynbee, and Helen Lewis, staff writer for\u00a0<em>The Atlantic<\/em>\u00a0and former deputy editor of the\u00a0<em>New Statesman<\/em>. Chaired by Dr Sarah Lonsdale, Senior Lecturer in Journalism, City University of London.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n \r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n \t<li>Panel 2 \u2013\u00a0<strong>\u201cWomen, Publishing, and the Literary Press\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 will focus on literary and review journalism and publishing, in particular the persistent gender bias in favour of male reviewers and books authored by men. Confirmed panellists: Thea Lenarduzzi, Commissioning Editor at the\u00a0<em>Times Literary Supplement<\/em>; Catherine Riley, writer and co-founder of the Primadonna Festival; Nicola Beauman, founder of Persephone Books.
