La construction masculine du mouvement ouvrier, ainsi que les contradictions entre son discours et ses pratiques \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard des droits des femmes ont toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9nonc\u00e9es par les mouvements f\u00e9ministes. D\u00e8s lors, comment celui-ci a-t-il (ou non) int\u00e9gr\u00e9 les questions de genre dans ses luttes ? Et de quelle fa\u00e7on les syndicats ont-ils contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 entre les hommes et les femmes dans les conventions collectives de travail et dans les politiques du personnel ?<\/p>\n

Telles sont les questions sur lesquelles ce volume propose de se pencher, en croisant les paradigmes \u00abfemmes\u00bb et \u00abmouvement ouvrier\u00bb dans l\u2019analyse des in\u00e9galit\u00e9s du monde professionnel. Ainsi, ce num\u00e9ro des Cahiers d’histoire du mouvement ouvrier <\/em>dirig\u00e9 par Nelly Valsangiacomo (Section d’histoire<\/a>) et Carole Villiger offre un \u00e9clairage historique sur un sujet longtemps marginalis\u00e9 au sein de la recherche acad\u00e9mique, mais qui conna\u00eet depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es une attention croissante.<\/p>\n
