Radio et relations culturelles internationales (1932-1949)"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"su-row\">\n<div class=\"su-column su-column-size-2-3\"><div class=\"su-column-inner su-u-clearfix su-u-trim\"><strong>Quel r\u00f4le la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 suisse de radiodiffusion (SSR) a-t-elle jou\u00e9 dans la diplomatie culturelle suisse ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 la veille de la Seconde Guerre mondiale, la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 suisse de radiodiffusion (SSR) cr\u00e9e le Service suisse d&rsquo;ondes courtes (aujourd\u2019hui swissinfo.ch), pour resserrer les liens avec les expatri\u00e9s et permettre le rayonnement culturel de la Suisse \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019ouvrage de Rapha\u00eblle Ruppen Coutaz (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.unil.ch\/hist\/fr\/home.html\">Section d&rsquo;histoire<\/a>) montre comment la radio suisse \u2013 service public d\u2019un pays neutre \u2013 a men\u00e9 une propagande active \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger. L\u2019auteure r\u00e9v\u00e8le le r\u00f4le de la SSR dans les relations publiques de la Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration suisse et sa participation \u00e0 la guerre des ondes. Elle analyse dans quelle mesure la SSR, associ\u00e9e aux efforts des autorit\u00e9s politiques et dans la lign\u00e9e du projet de politique culturelle du gouvernement, a contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 la construction d\u2019une image positive du pays \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger.<\/p>\n<p>Une base de donn\u00e9es, accessible sur\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/wp.unil.ch\/ondescourtes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">wp.unil.ch\/ondescourtes<\/a>, a \u00e9t\u00e9\u00a0\u00e9labor\u00e9e en partenariat avec swissinfo.ch. Elle r\u00e9pertorie les 16&rsquo;000 bulletins d\u2019information diffus\u00e9s par le Service suisse d&rsquo;ondes courtes durant la Seconde Guerre mondiale.
