Le plurilinguisme, nouvelle id\u00e9ologie dominante"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"su-row\">\n<div class=\"su-column su-column-size-2-3\"><div class=\"su-column-inner su-u-clearfix su-u-trim\"><strong>Comment l&rsquo;enseignement des langues est-il politiquement instrumentalis\u00e9?<\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 la fin des ann\u00e9es 1990, le Cadre europ\u00e9en commun de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence (CECR) proposait \u00e0 l\u2019enseignement des langues deux perspectives: perspective actionnelle et didactique du plurilinguisme.<\/p>\n<p>Le premier constat est que didactique du plurilinguisme et didactique des langues ne sont pas synonymes et pourraient m\u00eame \u00eatre antinomiques. Avec l&rsquo;\u00e9ducation plurilingue et interculturelle, il ne s&rsquo;agit plus en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 d&rsquo;enseigner les langues, mais de construire de toutes pi\u00e8ces l&rsquo;identit\u00e9 du futur citoyen europ\u00e9en. L\u2019examen des comp\u00e9tences vis\u00e9es, des dispositifs de formation des enseignants, des curriculums montre que les aspects linguistiques sont consid\u00e9rablement minor\u00e9s. Dans le m\u00eame temps, le r\u00f4le de l\u2019institution scolaire dans l\u2019enseignement des langues et la professionnalit\u00e9 d\u2019enseignant de langue sont profond\u00e9ment remis en question.<\/p>\n<p>Pourquoi l\u2019Europe s\u2019int\u00e9resse-t-elle tellement \u00e0 l\u2019enseignement des langues? Au service de quel projet politique celui-ci est-il enr\u00f4l\u00e9? L&rsquo;ouvrage de Bruno Maurer (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.unil.ch\/fle\/fr\/home.html\">\u00c9cole de fran\u00e7ais langue \u00e9trang\u00e8re<\/a>) apporte des \u00e9l\u00e9ments de r\u00e9ponse.
