Pourtant, l\u2019importance \u00e9conomique de la viticulture n\u2019est aujourd\u2019hui plus que marginale et de nombreuses exploitations vigneronnes se trouvent face \u00e0 des difficult\u00e9s qui mettent \u00e0 mal ses chances de survie.<\/p>\n<p>Cet ouvrage, codirig\u00e9 par Philippe Kaenel (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.unil.ch\/hart\/fr\/home.html\">Section d&rsquo;histoire de l&rsquo;art<\/a>), propose des pistes de recherche, entre histoire, \u00e9conomie et repr\u00e9sentations sur l\u2019activit\u00e9 vigneronne, pass\u00e9e et pr\u00e9sente. R\u00e9dig\u00e9s par plusieurs chercheurs\u00b7euses de l\u2019UNIL (linguistes, sociologues, historiens de l\u2019art, de la litt\u00e9rature, du cin\u00e9ma, \u2026) ainsi que par des auteurs venant d\u2019horizons divers (vignerons, \u00e9conomistes, ing\u00e9nieurs agronomes, \u0153nologues, \u2026), les articles r\u00e9unis ici \u00e9clairent sous diff\u00e9rents angles l\u2019histoire vitivinicole du canton de Vaud.<\/p>\n<p>Riche de plus de 180 illustrations couleurs, dont un cahier photo r\u00e9alis\u00e9 en collaboration avec des \u00e9tudiant\u00b7e\u00b7s de l\u2019\u00c9cole cantonale d\u2019art de Lausanne (ECAL), le volume explore les multiples facettes de la vigne de Lavaux et du Chablais vaudois, patrimoine culturel immat\u00e9riel.<\/p>\n<p>Philippe
