Les femmes et la traduction au XVIIIe si\u00e8cle : contraintes et strat\u00e9gies.<\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Ce volume t\u00e9moigne de l\u2019intense activit\u00e9 des femmes traductrices en Europe au XVIIIe\u00a0<\/sup>si\u00e8cle en offrant un panorama allant de Luise Gottsched \u00e0 Mary Wollstonecraft. Il aborde la question de la transformation des genres litt\u00e9raires et le d\u00e9veloppement de la litt\u00e9rature p\u00e9dagogique, met en \u00e9vidence le r\u00f4le des traductrices dans les \u00e9changes philosophiques et scientifiques, et \u00e9claire les contraintes et les opportunit\u00e9s que le march\u00e9 du livre florissant offre pour les femmes.<\/p>\n

Il probl\u00e9matise aussi le prisme du genre pour saisir des pratiques, postures, politiques et po\u00e9tiques de traduction tr\u00e8s vari\u00e9es.<\/p>\n
