En retra\u00e7ant l&#8217;emploi de cette notion \u00e0 travers les \u00e9poques, dans les sciences th\u00e9ologiques, juridiques et m\u00e9dicales, cet essai sign\u00e9 Aim\u00e9 Guex (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.unil.ch\/fra\/fr\/home.html\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.unil.ch\/fra\/fr\/home.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Section de fran\u00e7ais<\/a>) se propose d&rsquo;explorer comment la bestialit\u00e9 est aussi devenue un objet litt\u00e9raire et esth\u00e9tique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apparemment parfait objet de scandale litt\u00e9raire, l&rsquo;\u00e9tude permet toutefois de comprendre que la bestialit\u00e9 \u2013 et la po\u00e9tique qu\u2019elle v\u00e9hicule \u2013 rev\u00eat une importance fondamentale: dans le sillage de la th\u00e9orie darwinienne qui replace l\u2019homme dans l\u2019\u00e9volution du vivant, ces textes litt\u00e9raires questionnent le pr\u00e9suppos\u00e9 m\u00eame d\u2019humanit\u00e9 et de la fixit\u00e9 de nos essences.
