Pour aller au c\u0153ur de leurs origines celtiques, romaines, germaniques, fran\u00e7aises ou allemandes, <em>Cantonophonie <\/em>prend en compte la g\u00e9ographie et l\u2019histoire de chaque r\u00e9gion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sign\u00e9 du sp\u00e9cialiste de l\u2019histoire des langues germaniques et romanes Michiel de Vaan (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.unil.ch\/sli\/fr\/home.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Section des sciences du langage et de l&rsquo;information<\/a>), ce livre se divise ainsi en vingt-six chapitres, un par canton, mettant en regard une carte de g\u00e9ographie avec l\u2019explication \u00e9tymologique et historique des noms. Il suscitera la passion de nombreuses lectrices et de nombreux lecteurs pour l\u2019arch\u00e9ologie linguistique et l\u2019\u00e9tude des noms propres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Par ailleurs, cette publication marque l&rsquo;inauguration de la nouvelle collection \u00abLes Essais\u00bb des \u00c9ditions Presses Inverses.
