Cette question est au centre de ce num\u00e9ro de la revue <em>Genesis<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De l\u2019\u00e9criture hi\u00e9roglyphique \u00e9gyptienne au traitement de texte, les contributions r\u00e9unies par Jean-Louis Lebrave et Rudolf Mahrer (<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.unil.ch\/fra\/home.html\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.unil.ch\/fra\/home.html\" target=\"_blank\">Section de fran\u00e7ais<\/a>) couvrent un large \u00e9ventail d\u2019instruments d\u2019\u00e9criture et de supports, passant du stylet antique au clavier d\u2019ordinateur, du papyrus ou de la tablette de cire au support magn\u00e9tique des siliscrits (ou \u00e9crits num\u00e9riques). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019analyse des technologies avec lesquelles nous \u00e9crivons permet de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 des questions tr\u00e8s actuelles (quels sont les avantages du stylo sur l\u2019\u00e9criture au clavier et \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cran? pourquoi \u00e9crire soi-m\u00eame quand on peut dicter \u00e0 un logiciel de transcription?\u2026), mais aussi de mieux appr\u00e9hender le ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne de l\u2019\u00e9criture, qui recouvre toujours deux aspects h\u00e9t\u00e9rog\u00e8nes: dessiner des signes, inventer des textes.
