Ces assemblages de textes fournissent un mat\u00e9riel allant de l&rsquo;enseignement cat\u00e9ch\u00e9tique de base \u00e0 des consid\u00e9rations sur la pratique de la contemplation.<\/p>\n<p>La pr\u00e9sente collection examine le r\u00f4le et l&rsquo;impact de plusieurs compilations d\u00e9votionnelles en explorant les manuscrits, sources et contextes dans lesquels elles circulaient. Ainsi, elle permet une compr\u00e9hension plus sophistiqu\u00e9e des pratiques des compilateurs, des processus de lecture des destinataires, et de la place du m\u00e9c\u00e9nat dans la r\u00e9alisation de compilations destin\u00e9es \u00e0 un public religieux et la\u00efc.<\/p>\n<p>Cet ouvrage, issu d&rsquo;un projet de recherche dirig\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;Universit\u00e9 de Lausanne par Denis Renevey (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.unil.ch\/angl\/en\/home.html\">Section d&rsquo;anglais<\/a> et <a href=\"https:\/\/www.unil.ch\/cemep\/fr\/home.html\">Centre d&rsquo;\u00e9tudes m\u00e9di\u00e9vales et post-m\u00e9di\u00e9vales<\/a>) d\u00e9montre l&rsquo;importance croissante de la langue vernaculaire dans la transmission des connaissances religieuses et des pratiques
